Mobility-as-A-Service Survey (MASS)

Mobility-as-a-service is an emerging service that enables users to seamlessly plan, reserve, and pay for different modes of on-demand and shared transportation through an integrated platform (a smartphone app). The Mobility-as-a-Service Survey (MASS) is conducted with the goal of understanding the potential uptake of mobility-as-a-service in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. MASS will be launched in April 2025.

Your participation in this survey will be instrumental in the development of policies that can harness the benefits of mobility-as-a-service while minimizing its negative impacts.
